Delete Your Zippyly Account

Zippyly is developed by Antilver. You can request permanent deletion of your Zippyly account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using the method below.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose your ride/delivery history, ratings, and (for captains and retailers) your verification status.

How to request deletion

Send an email from your registered mobile number's email or include your registered mobile number, to support@antilver.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please tell us:

  1. Your registered mobile number.
  2. Your role on the platform — rider, captain, or retailer.

We will verify your identity (for example via an OTP to your registered number) before processing the request, to make sure no one else can delete your account.

To meet legal obligations and to keep the platform safe, we may retain a limited, minimised set of information even after your account is deleted:

Once your identity is verified, your account is deactivated and your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, other than the limited information described above.
