Delete Your Zippyly Account
Zippyly is developed by Antilver. You can request permanent deletion of your Zippyly account
and the personal data associated with it at any time, using the method below.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose your ride/delivery history,
ratings, and (for captains and retailers) your verification status.
How to request deletion
Send an email from your registered mobile number's email or include your
registered mobile number, to
support@antilver.com
with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please tell us:
- Your registered mobile number.
- Your role on the platform — rider, captain, or
retailer.
We will verify your identity (for example via an OTP to your registered number) before
processing the request, to make sure no one else can delete your account.
What data will be deleted
- Your account profile (name, profile photo, and contact details).
- Your role and account preferences.
- Your ride/delivery history, routes, ratings, and feedback.
- For captains and retailers: your stored verification (KYC) documents and vehicle/business
details, except where law requires us to retain certain records.
- Associated data held in our Firebase and backend systems.
What we may retain (and why)
To meet legal obligations and to keep the platform safe, we may retain a limited, minimised
set of information even after your account is deleted:
- Legal/financial records — transaction and tax records we are required to
keep for a statutory period.
- Safety & fraud prevention — if your account was blacklisted for
fraud, safety, or terms violations, we may keep a non-reversible identifier
(such as a hashed mobile number and/or hashed identity-document reference) so the
restriction cannot be evaded by deleting and re-creating an account. This retained data is
used only for safety and fraud prevention, is not linked to a usable profile, and is not
used to contact you or for marketing.
Data retention timeline
Once your identity is verified, your account is deactivated and your personal data is
permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, other than the limited
information described above.
Important notes
- Deletion is irreversible.
- You cannot delete your account while you have an active trip or an outstanding payment or
dispute; please complete or resolve these first.
- If you were blacklisted, deleting and re-creating an account will not restore access.
